Metrology : Case Studies


Aerotech have full Metrology capability, predominantly using the Lieca next generation Laser Tracker hardware. This is supported with T-Scan and   T-Probe capability.

The software used comes in the form of Polyworks, Metrology and Spacial Analyser. Not only does this give us the capability to measure accurately, but also provides us with a very accurate reverse engineering capability for legacy components and assemblies.

We can scan and construct NURB surface data that can then be modelled around in CAD tool sets such as Catia V5, V4 and UGNX.  This section shows you case studies of work carried out by Aerotech.
