At Rolls Royce we carried out measurements of over 300 engine manufacturing tools. All measurements taken were checked to tool drawing or a UGNX model. This enabled the manufacturing Engineers to highlight any tooling or drawing issues.
Leica Absolute Tracker and T-probe were the hardware used to measure and Spatial Analyzer was the software used to analyse the data captured.
