Reverse Tooling Engineering & Design
Aerotech has a vast amount of experience in producing tooling for in-service aircraft i.e. Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO). This is achieved by utilizing our Lieca Laser Tracker, T-Scan and T-Probe technology to gather the reverse engineered digital data. This data is then used in our design tool sets Catia V5, V4 or any other design software our customers wish us to use. Helicoptor Join Up Assembly Fixture
Aerotech Design worked on a major helicoptor tooling program and designed all the major assembly tooling for this particular aircraft. We worked hand in hand with the customer and the manufacturers they selected through their competative tendering process.
