Aerotech has a vast amount of experience in producing tooling for in-service aircraft i.e. Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO).This is achieved by utilizing our Lieca Laser Tracker, T-Scan and T-Probe technology to gather the reverse engineered digital data. This data is then used in our design tool sets Catia V5, V4 or any other design software our customers wish us to use.

CFM-565A Thrust Reverse Repair Fixture
The example shown below is for the Hurel Hispano CFM565A thrust reverser. This this was a full design and manufacture package. The fixture is required to allow modifications and replacement parts for the hinges, spigot positions and bushes for the blocker doors to befitted. This is achieved whilst keeping the main assembly in the correct position to ensure the geometrical relationship is maintained. Hurel Trent 600 Check And Repair Fixture
This fixture was a full design and manufacture package. We reverse engineered a Trent 600 thrust reverser that had been selected by our customer - using the Lieca T-Scan and T-Probe laser tracker technology. We laser tracked all the major features and surface tracked critical faces. After gathering the digital data we then designed and manufactured the fixture shown below.
