Metrology
Aerotech Metrology Department utilises the latest Measurement Technology and Equipment but primarily has a dedicated team which is highly trained and experienced in the disciplinary field of Metrology. Knowing measurement methologies and how best to apply the technology to ensure the correct measurement analysis for accuracy is paramount. Our team more than meets this with a high level of competence and surpasses the expertise quality gate with its professionalism and approach.
We also provide a full reverse engineering capabilty and utilise the data we capture in POLYWORKS. We can then generate NURB surfaces to then generate 3D CAD models in CATIA, UGNX etc. These models can then be used to re manufacture components or re calibate and verify component accuracy with our Leica Lastest Generation Laser Tracker.
We will operate anywhere in the world if our customer requires it.
