 Components – Assembly and component setting.

A large number of our engineers have a vast amount of previous experience in component setting within the aircraft industry to very tight tolerance and we offer this requirement in all industries. An example of this type of task is shown.

Aerotech Example:

We currently utilise our Laser trackers and T-systems in aiding the military in the verification and positioning of components. Majority of the current measurement tasks carried out are ad hock and vary from the setting of wing skins to the position of wing tips, canopies and any in service aircraft repairs. Post measurement analysis reports are produced and provided to the customer to assist in any further investigation and also for the traceability of the repair for the life time of the aircraft.
