Calibration;

Over many years Aerotech have carried out calibrations whilst using the latest metrology methods. We have assisted various customers with there on and off site calibrations. This required ourselves working to very precise tolerances and to strict time scales on small and large jigs/fixtures.

Aerotech Example:

Aerotech completed over 180 calibration tasks on a large engine manufacturers tooling utilising our latest laser trackers and SA (Spatial Analyser) software. All measurements taken were compared to either a 2D tool drawing or a CAD model. Individual reports showing the results were produced and supplied to enable the tool to be calibrated if within drawing tolerance, if not the errors were highlighted and rework was completed to bring the tool back within specification.
