Inspection;

Aerotech’s Metrology team has many years of measurement experience utilising the full range of hardware and software. This enables us to carry out 1st article inspection, Single part or batch inspection or helping with any engineering investigation projects within any industry.

Aerotech Example:

The project shown in the photo on the bottom right was to scan all features and faces of injection mould tools and inspect to 2D drawings and CAD models. All data was captured utilising the Absolute Romer Arm, and the hardware used to carry out the post data analysis was Polyworks.  Reports were created and provided to the customer for each tool.
