Within our manufacturing facility in North Wales near Chester we combine the skills and expertise of our engineers and the latest metrology systems which enables us to manufacture, assemble and inspect small, medium and large jigs and fixtures.

Aerotech Example

A large engine manufacturer required Aerotech to produce tooling for there production rate increase. The tooling was machined on site at our facility and also using our supply chain, we then assembled all parts to drawing specification whilst utilising our metrology systems. On delivery a full measurement report was provided as part of the certificate of conformance and is the case for all of our manufactured tools, jigs and fixtures.
