Relocation;

With our tooling knowledge and our understanding of the key features on jigs and fixtures, we ensure all necessary data is captured to enable the relocation is carried out in a professional manner and complete within the required time scales. This involves our metrology/tooling  team measuring jigs on site, recording all features and datum's whist creating the datum structure and adding an enhanced reference system to assist with the relocation of the jig/fixture. We would then dismantle and transport to the required destination anywhere in the world and then re-assemble the jig/fixture.

Aerotech Example:

Within the nuclear industry we were required to support our customer in the relocation of a large assembly fixture from the customers supplier to there own on site facility. This was successfully delivered within plan, to the most cost effective solution and to a very high standard so there on site development programme could be achieved.
