Aerotech can find you the solution to this problem. Shown is a tool and component where a worlds leading engine manufacture had process variation and Aerotech successfully found the solution.

Aerotech Example:

Our metrology team utilised our laser trackers to measure a component and the component fixtures at various stages of the product machining and right through the component assembly and to the final inspection stage. This involved measuring and creating enhanced reference systems, bundle adjustments/USMN and measuring the feature at each stage so the most accurate measurement was achieved. A full inspection report for each stage of the build was created and a in depth presentation.
