We have an in depth knowledge and are highly experienced in the field of Metrology.
Our experience covers all aspects of digital measurement through our Laser tracking capabilty that is undertaken using the Leica Latest generation tracker technology and supporting hardware and software.
We also provide a full analysis reporting service using the following tool sets.
- Spatial Analyzer
- Metrolog
- Polyworks
We can output this data not only in a formal report but can supply our customers with the electronic data that has been captured to use in 3D CAD software systems.
We cover and provide metrology expertise in the following areas.
- Component analysis Inspection and Verification.
- Tool Inspection, Verification and Calibration.
All our Metrology team are all time served Metrology engineers with many years of experience in this field and not only understand the technology but more importantly they understand the set up processes to ensure all the data captured is good data and accurate data to all relevant datums.
