The company has built a reputation for specialising in precision work holding solutions. We can design and manufacture a product to a customer's specifications using the expertise of our in-house team. These include the design and manufacture of bespoke jigs, fixtures, gauges and special purpose equipment. The extensive 3D modelling packages available to us have proved invaluable in assisting with the presentation of these solutions.

Hydraulic clamping
Traditional methods of clamping complex aerofoil components have been developed by Aerotech Design Engineers to enable the quick, reliable and above all consistent method of safely and repeatedly holding the latest development of wide cord fan blades at the UK’s leading aero-engine manufacturer’s site in the Northwest of England. This challenge has yet again brought together a team that is second to none in providing innovative solutions that have been developed after carefully listening to the clients frustrations and problems that surrounded their current methods of manufacture and thereafter developing, with their full involvement, a solution that has delighted them and exceeded their original expectations in terms of accuracy, repeatability and set-up reduction.
