We have an highly experienced innotive design team who provide good design solutions that not only cover legacy tooling, but encompass modern automated tooling solutions as well. We can provide our customers with design only solutions, which allow them to tender these designs in the market place to acquire the best manufacturing price if required.
All our design engineers employed have a strong tooling and CAD application background. We provide a Technical File which incorporate the following areas and meets legislative requirements.

- Fixture Operating User Manuals
- Stress Reports
- Error Proofing Validations
- Health & Safety Requirements

We also run the Airbus Qchecker software and have the ACE pack Catia V5 environment.

The Company is constantly seeking ways to develop and ensure that employees are multi-skilled, giving us the ability to react to changing customer requirements. Training in people is an important area of investment for Aerotech Design and we do this to ensure our design engineers are always at the forefront of engineering competence.
